Hello! My new Fritzbox privided by Vodafone isn't able to establish a connection no matter which cable jack in the house I try. Is there something I forgot to do? I set it up according to the instructions and the WLAN light is steady, but the power/cable light flashes continuously for hours. Please help!

seems that your flat is not connected to the house distributor system (in the basement normally)

in that case a technician has to come to your house to connect it
