Hi,

I bought myself my own Fritzbox and i am based in BW. I have tried calling numerous times, I cannot reach anyone, nor have I received a callback. Can someone activate my router for me here? I have the MAC and CM numbers ready.

I don't have fb anymore and i'm not using twitter for discussing my private account. The whole day I have tried calling several times(it hangs up on me at this point), I have tried via whatsapp and I am waiting hours for a callback. Are vodafone even reachable anymore!? I just need to have a device activated. They only allow this via phone, if I could do it myself online I would. It seems that the vodafone service is seriously diminishing even lower, I've never had a good experience with them nor friends of mine and if I could move to another provider, I would in a heartbeat! This is just a joke of a company.
