Request for a Wifi router re-delivery

Hello,

I was supposed to receive a Wifi router on Monday 10 October 2022.

But DHL tracking shows "Zustellung nicht möglich" and the router was sent back.

I chose my work place as the delivery address not to miss delivery.

I haven't heard anything from Vodadone about the router since then.

Would you be able to help with re-delivery? I'd like to receive the router asap.

Background: I signed up the internet through CHECK24.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.
