The Vodafone technician connected my service on 10.10.2022 but I still have not received my Fritzbox. I called customer service and was told I have to wait until GLS sends the Fritz Box back to them. GLS claims they cannot locate the package. I need help getting to the right Vodafone customer service who can send me another FritzBox or allow me to get one at the Vodafone store in Heilbronn.
