Booking an appointment via email

Hi ,

I recently ordered vodafone station & received the hardware.

My apartment has 2 pin cable socket & as per the installation doc, a multimedia adapter is required.

I need to book an appointment of the technician for the installation.

Since i am not so good in German, i am unable to book it through the hotline.

Is there any other way to book the same
