CGA6444VF Main WLAN not working

Hello,

Today I have received a CGA6444VF modem after plugging in internet started working but WLAN not. My phone couldnt connect to network and I could connect my computer but there was not internet.

In the end I connected my computer with cable and enter the modem settings. After turning on Guest Wlan, I could connect my devices to this.

Is it a common device problem or my modem has problem and need to be replaced?
