I ordered a cable internet for my home. I called around 15 times but no one is helping me as I do not know german.

My router worked a little bit, then it is not working anymore, there is wifi but you cannot open any site and no internet on the mobile / laptop. I really need the internet! How to get a technician?

If there is no solution, I think that I will try to cancel my contract.

Can anyone help me?
