Meine Wifi-Verbindung wird immer wieder unterbrochen. Kann jemand meine Internetverbindung testen? Ich weiß nicht, ob es etwas mit dem Router zu tun hat

das Problem begann letzte Woche, das Telefon meiner Frau wurde getrennt, aber mein Telefon funktionierte einwandfrei, aber in diesen Tagen werden auch mein Telefon und mein Laptop vom WLAN getrennt und nach ~15 Sekunden wieder verbunden.

Hi,

willkommen in unserer Community.

Kannst Du bitte das Band-Steering vom Router deaktivieren und dem 2,4 und 5GHz Band jeweils eine eigene SSID geben?

1. Öffne die Benutzeroberfläche Deines Kabelrouters. Dazu öffnest Du an Deinem Computer ein Browser-Fenster. Gib in das URL-Eingabefeld die Adresse Deines Routers ein http://192.168.0.1

2. Gib in der Eingabemaske Deinen Benutzernamen und Dein Kennwort ein –

der Standard-Benutzername ist „admin“. Das Kennwort findest Du auf dem Aufkleber an der Rückseite Deiner Vodafone Station, falls Du es noch nicht geändert hast.

3. Oben rechts bitte den Expertenmodus einstellen.

4. Nun klickst Du auf den Reiter "WLAN".

5. Deaktiviere das Band-Steering.

6. Gib dem 2,4 und 5GHz Band jeweils eine eigene SSID.
