Router doesn't have Wifi and doesn't show up as ethernet connection

Hi,

My Cabel router CGA6444VF stopped working.

The router doesn't emit Wifi and when I try to connect through ethernet cable it doesn't connect.

All three router light are flashing white.

I can not connect to English speaker through the call center.

Please help.

I can gladly take a look at the connection. n you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?

I see in the system that a technician will come to your home tomorrow between 8 and 11 o'clock. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything will work after that.
