Fritzbox 7530 mic timeout

I have a Fritzbox 7530 with a DSL internet, after changing speed , the internet stopped working. I figured it needs to be set up again. I put the box into a factory setting and entered the new MIC number however even after several attempts it says "Timeout during setup process". Unfortunately my german is very bad so the helpline was not so helpful. Any ideas would be appreciated.

this looks like something went wrongt while switching your landline.
Feel free to send me a private message with your dsl customernumber & mobilenumber.

I'll have a look into this & open a technical ticket.
