    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I just moved to Germany recently and bought my first device which is a Vodafone CableMax. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Having functioned properly for less than 3 months, I have had issues using it for about 2 months. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I have tried different means to reach customer care without success since I don't speak German yet.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;The following indicators are blinking (white): phone, internet and power&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I need help fixing the issue as it's affecting my work seriously. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;In the worst case scenario, I'm happy to deactivate my subscription until it's fixed to avoid losing money every month for a service I did not get.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
