My Vodafone router restarts itself several times a day. It's gettin more and more annoying. I saw couple subjects at the forum, but no revealed solutions for the issue.

Device: TG3442DE

Please help me!

I can gladly take a look at the connection. Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?

the whole thing must be looked at by a technician on site.

Please send me a current mobile phone number, the info if you can establish access to the building services and if there are signs of Covid-19, via PN ?

Hello again,

I set you all the info via PM yesterday, but the issue become realu urgent. Since today's afternoon I've lost access to the service at all. The red "Internet" LED only makes double-flashes. No internet connection since around 17:00.

Please send the technician as soon as possible.
