Haven't received my internet device yet

How many days does it take to recive the broadband router? I made a contract for 'Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable' and received a letter with my customer number and saying that I'll receive the router on 28th February 2022. But I haven't receive anything from vodafone yet. I live in Dresden and I want to know how many days it might take to receive the connection?

if you got the info that the router will be delivered on Feb. the 28th, it should already be there. I want to check where it has gone. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.
