    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have moved to Germany and order vodafone internet cabel connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received my cabel router from DHL on&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Saturday 12 February 2022.&amp;nbsp;I set up the vodafone station as mentioned, but my internet light is still flashing red. Even I tried the toubleshooting method given by vodafone but it didn't help. Tried calling hotline number but all in German so didn't succeed even there.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Somehow after few days I was able to get in contact with somebody who can speak English over the helpline. He filed a complaint for me and I received an appointment for 22 February 2022, but before my appointment I received an email that my contract is cancelled.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can someone here please help me with what is going on? How can my contract get cancel automatically?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How can I get my internet working?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am here in my apartment with home office, and without internet I am having a lot of troubles with my office work as well.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
