Modem: internet is red blinking

Hello,

I received my modem today but the internet light is blinking in red.

I hard reset the modem, I changed the modem location as I got 2 internet inputs at home and I tried waiting for more than 5 hours with no result at all!

Any ideas on how to solve this?

the technician has already been commissioned. The appointment was yesterday morning. However, your modem is still offline. Were there any difficulties?
