      <description>&lt;P&gt;The connection to my router keeps being distrupted. I have talked to an Agent at one of the Vodafone shops, who claimed that the problem is with the software and that the new router-- FritzBox 6660 should fix it. He gave me a phone number to contact, but with my lacking German skills I have found it impossible to order the new router through the phone. Is there any other way to request a replacement of my old router?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
