No internet - vodafone station keeps blinking red light

Hi there,

The internet hasn't been working for 2 days, and the internet light on the router is continuously flashing red (internet), but white (wifi).

We have unplugged and plugged the router back in several times and have also tried to reset to default setting, but still didn't help.

Could you help fix this issue? Thanks a lot.

Hello calvinz,

is it running again now? Have the cables been checked for damage/kinks? Do you still use television with us? Can you receive it?
