Technikal problems regarding a new DSL order

Hi,

I've recieved a notice that someone will contact me due to a technical problem regarding my order. Since I've just moved to Germany I dont think my langueskill is sufficient enough for that conversation. Can someone translate me the problem, so that I can help to find a solution. .

The last 5 digit of my Auftragsnummer is 77764. I can provide more details to the customer servie team later.
