Subtitle açtivation

Hello, my giga TV in German for whole the channels in it . I’m wondering how to activate English subtitles in German TV channel I have changed all the settings in English via settings. Now they are in English in TV menu. I also want to see the subtitles on the channels in English currently all the channels in German so I can not understand what has been talked. Can you please help me with this?

Thank you very much. Unfortunately, the German-language channels do not offer English subtitles. Therefore, nothing can be changed here. This is really not down to us, but to the broadcasters.

Thanks for the response. Can you activate German subtitles there? Is it possible?
