Die ursprüngliche Auftragsbestätigung habe ich nicht mehr.</P><P>Und sonst habe ich im Kundenportal auch keine Stelle gefunden, wo ich sie selbst zurücksetzen kann.</P><P>Scheint die gängige Praxis zu sein, das über das Forum zu erledigen.
