English audio as default on GigaTV 4K box

Hello, I'm new to GigaTV and just started learning German, I've setup the box to be in English language display but I can't setup the audio to be in English by default (when available).

How can we do this? I've a 4K box.

Also what would be really useful is to access German subtitles where available but I can't find the option?
