TV Channels Language Change

Hey

I just got a GigaTV cable subscription. How can I request to change the default language of the multilingual channels from German to original description language? I don't want to change the language every time I switch channels.

which GigaBox are you using exactly?

The Giga 4K Box, the GigaTV Netbox or the GigaTV Cable Box 2?

please send me the name and birth date of the contract owner, the customer number and the address. Use the private message for that and leave a short reply in your thread. We will check if we can change the language settings.

the language is correctly set to English. Can you please disconnect the box completely from power for 3 minutes?

Dear Vodafone Team,

I'm having the same "issue" where the channels are always in German regardless of the language settings on the device (Giga TV Net Box Sagemcom DIW362). I'm having this for one and a half year since I have GigaTV and no one could solve it so far.

Could amyone please help me sort it once for good? Let me know if you need any info from my side.

Hello @arnos24,

ecrudu has a 4K box, but you have a Netbox. The settings are different there.

Is everything in English in both the normal settings and the system language settings?

Settings /Language /English

Settings/ System Settings/ System Language/English
