    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, after a few days of operation (new cusotmer) the box claimed to be downloading new software (while I was wastching TV), but never recovered from it.&lt;BR /&gt;The light scrolls right to left and back&lt;BR /&gt;Power, cable, disconnect have no impact&lt;BR /&gt;pressing reset for 20 sec. has no impact&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It just keeps scrolling.&lt;BR /&gt;The TV reports no signal&lt;BR /&gt;Internet works fine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How do I get the thing to work?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
