My TV Box does not power on any more

Hi,

I was advised to post a message here for help in English. My Giga TV box could not be powered on for a few weeks already. I checked all connections, they all seem to be good. I suspect the box might be defective for some reason. Please kindly advise what I should do.

Hello HaoY,

which TV Box do you use? A receiver with smartcard, the Giga 4K Box, the small Netbox or another receiver?

Hi,

It is a GigaTV 4k Box.

Sorry that I just noticed that there is an ON/OFF button on the back side of the box. I never turned the box off, but there was probably a power cut and then I did not notice this button while checking the connections. The box is working now. Sorry for the mistake.
