Hi,

You sent me GigaTV router without my consent.

I sent the router back.

However, you charged me for January, February and March.

Can you refund mistakenly charged amount?

Can you cancel my GigaTV contract?

the TV-order came in in January. Did you had contact with the customer service at this time?
