Hi Vodafone,

I had recently taken a contract from vodafone Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable. Recently i had received a giga TV setup box. As of now i am fine internet but i not intrested in taking GIGA Tv Set. I would like to cancel this and have only internet connection for now. Could you please provide information how can i cancel this tv. Thank you.

Hi Mallsan,

I can order the cancellation of your TV contract for you. Since the contract is already from November, you can only cancel it at the regular end of the contract period.

You will receive the written confirmation within the next days.

Hi Mallsan,

unfortunately it is not. The contract has a duration and can only be terminated at the end.

Hello Mallsan,

which contract do you mean? TV Connect and GigaTV were already terminated at the end of the contract period.
