    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;R4mona,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the end I needed to put the sim card for the Gigacube into my phone and remove the sim pin there before using the sim card in my gigacube.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I received a new sim card so that I could upgrade my plan from the 200GB plan to the unlimited one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I stopped using the 200GB plan on 25.11 and started with the unlimited plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But I just received an invoice covering 26.11 - 25.12 which is now charging me for both tarrifs. Even though I was supposed to be changing tarrif.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you check my old tarrif you will see that no data was used on this one since 25.11.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you help me to sort this out. They want to charge me €167 for two tarrifs rather than the €64.99 I am supposed to pay.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Susan&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded my GigaCube tarrif from 200GB to the unlimited tarrif. I received a new sim card for the new unlimted gigacube tarrif&amp;nbsp; by post. But the sim card does not work when I put it into the Gigacube and the light stays red.
