&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I have been charged wrongly on 12/14/2022. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;My cable internet was not working and I wanted technical support for the same as called the customer support.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Customer care support person instead of providing technical support, created a new order of Gigacube for me.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I have not accepted the Gigacube device from DHL and &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;want to cancel the order number xxx.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt; Please cancel and refund the amount which is unnecessarily charged.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
