Giga Cube Contract Cancellation

Sorry for posting english ,

I have a GigaCube contract until March 2020 . But I have to leave Germany by next month . Is there a possibility of canceling the contract earlier due to this ? . If so what should be the process I need to follow ?

If earlier cancellation is not possible , Can I at least inform not to renew the contract now , instead of at the end of the contract term

I have the same issues apologize for also writing in English, I have called the help line but everytime i hit the 5 min marker the phone just cuts and i've been having this trouble can you please help me
