My Gigacube internet is slow

I dont know what happened? but my Gigacube internet became slow since yesterday, i only receive 0.5Mbps speed on speedtest. Which is normaly i receive 30-40Mbps. And my remaining Data is still 378gb. i turn on off the device and tried to reset my device but still, it is slow slow, i've been almost 2yrs using this. what happen? my postal code area is 49219. please help
