Delayed SIM delivery

I have ordered the CallYa sim card and completed the identification on 8 Oct. I have received many emails that the sevice ready and I have to insert the SIM card to start. However , I did not received the SIM card yet.

I wonder if anyone could help providing me with its tracking information. Thank you.
