I have ported my number from another provider and recive a new vodafone card. Hovewer I can not register it in any proposed way. I can not login into the app, I can not do it online and the online assistant is simply useless, constantly endiding the chat.

It was a prepaid contract.

I am not sure there is an end date, since it is prepaid.
