CallYa SIM activation e-mail not received

Hello,

I am in germany for 2 weeks, so that is the reason why i am writing in english.

So i bought a vodafone CallYa sim card, i got home to activate it, i entered all the necessary details, and in the end i was told that i will receive an e-mail for further verification but i still didn`t receive it and i really need the sim. Can you give me a solution,please?

unfortunately, due to a technical error, the e-mails are currently being sent with a time delay.

Have you received your email in the meantime?

Please also check your SPAM folder.

It's been 2 days and no, i still haven't received the e-mail. It's not in the spam folder either.
