I did not receive my sim card

I have ported my number from previous provider to vodafone. After some waiting days, My number is active with vodafone now but i did not receive the sim card yet. When i went to the shop to enquire that they did not help, telling that they do not deal with prepaid sims and number porting, whom should i contact now? I am already waiting from last one week and now, my last number is deactivated because vodafone is activated but i do not have sim so i am not able to call anybody.

When did you finish the identify process successfully? Or did you get the SIM card in the meanwhile?

Yes, now my issue is solved, with lot of difficulty. I went to 2-3 vodafone store and then one store called customer care and explained my issue and then they sent sim card again i guess and this time i received.
Do not know, why i did not receive last time

But now, the issue is they told at the time of number porting that i will receive 10 euros as initial balance but it is showing "Aktuall Guthaben : - 4,99 euros". First of all, everything is in German and there is no language change facility is little annoying but it means here i received only 5 euros instead of 10 euros.
Also new advertisement on the website is telling 25 euros and 40 GB data instead of 25 GB in CallYa Flat S but i received 5 euros and 25 GB only.
