Hello,

I’m having an issue with my CallYa prepaid SIM. When I try to top up online, I receive a message saying: "This CallYa number is blocked."

Could someone from the support team please check why my number is blocked and advise if there’s a way to reactivate it? I tried contacting the customer service via Whatsapp but the bot couldn't solve it.

There is a general issue with topping up. Because another user has the same issue reported.

Maybe you wait till tomorrow?

Otherwise you should try to use the CallYa WhatsApp chat again. Write TOBi he should forward you to an customer agent. Maybe you have to repeat it 3-4 times.
