&lt;P&gt;For integrating the SIM card into your MeinVodafone account you need the customer password. It's the same password you set as you ordered your eSIM profile in VF website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The customer password is important because you also need it to verify as the mobile phone number owner when you get in contact with VF.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This password is not to be confused with your internet password.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should have get several emails regarding the eSIM.&amp;nbsp;Please have a look at your email account to that emails.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

I would like to add it to my Vodafone account, but unfortunately, I do not know the account password associated with it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Additionally, I have lost the PDF file containing my eSIM profile, and I now need to transfer the eSIM to a new mobile phone.
