I am subscribing 9.99 euro package, and after I charged for 10 euro, it is not valid. Then after I check the reason from vodafone website, I was charging for extra 0.7 euro for data use! And after I top up another 5 euro, the 9.99 euro package is validated! Return my 0.7 euro back!!!!! I need the final solution from CallYa, not your explanation!

And keep in mind - as long as your plan is not renewed, you are stuck in the "basic" plan, which means every usage will be deducted (e.g. 9ct/min phone, 9ct/SMS, 3ct/MB data usage) from your account balance and you are NOT blocked from using the card until you renew your package.

This means - if your phone still has data usage enabled and your package has ran out but cannot be renewed immediately, you will be charged for that data usage from your phone in that time inbetween with 3 ct/MB.
