hello, I am a foreigner. I bought a prepaid phone number. I have identified successfully in 19.1.2025, but my number is still not activated. I cannot speak german, I need help.

Hi @nyanya,

You can use the contact form (only in German).

When you would asked there to a customer password then set a fictive one and the form will be sent.
