    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;I accidentally switched my tariff from &lt;STRONG&gt;CallYa Net M&lt;/STRONG&gt; to &lt;STRONG&gt;CallYa Net L&lt;/STRONG&gt; on my Vodafone freenet card. Since the change, I’ve been unable to use my phone or internet properly. I recharged with €15, but the balance was completely exhausted within 20 minutes, even though I wasn't using much data.&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone else faced this issue after a tariff change? What should I do to fix this problem and ensure I'm getting the correct plan benefits?&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
