Hello together,

About 4 years ago, I stayed in Germany for 6 months and used the CallYa tariff from Vodafone. Due to the long period of not being used, that card has been revoked. I have just returned to Germany recently, and want to get my old sim back. I have tried to call it, and it is still unassigned

Is there any way I can get this back? Any help will be very appreciated

There is no way to get your old sim card back. Contact the CallYa Team via 0172 229 0 229 and order a new one.

As this is linked to my old Paypal so I quite concern. I want to have that sim back so I can cancel Paypal

Hi @khucbach,

As @BraveStarr wrote it's not possible to reactivate you old SIM card after such long time.

Vodafone cancels all inactive SIM cards after a while. The customers get a SMS about the deactivation within 30 days. When the SIM card was deactivated by Vodafone you can only reactivate the mobile phone number within further 90 days.

Afterwards the SIM card is final revoked.
