CallYa Number Portability

Hello, I have 3 Vodafone pre-paid CallYa numbers. I visited MediaMarkt and selected a scheme (Handy with Contract), it had 2 post-paid Vodafone connections with a handy in the contract. Since I wanted to take my existing 3 phone numbers with me, I was given an offer to change 2 of Vodaphone pre-paid to post-paid numbers. The 3rd pre-paid vodafone I signed contract to port to another provider. as post-paid. The salesperson told me to contact Vodafone support and request them to release the 3 pre-paid numbers so he can proceed wih the porting (into 2 post-paid vodafone and 1 in another post-paid non-vodafone). I do not have "Cusomer Password" nor able to reach CallYa voice support as number is always busy. I am stuck, could someone tell how I can get the 3 numbers released please.

Hi @smumin,

Within the same provider you can't porting a mobile phone number. Changing from CallYa prepaid to a postpaid contract is described in this knowledge base article (but only in German).

For your one contract to another provider you have to set the Opt-In first. All information how you can set the Opt-In described in this article (also only in German).
