I have a vodafone number without contract and I traveled to Turkey.

I didn`t want to use the roaming there, so I didn`t contract anything.

When I arrived there, I received a message from paypall that I did three payments for Vodafone. But I didn`t accepted it, special because I have to add the credit in my account.

And after those three payments, my balance in my account was 0, because all that money was using for roaming and I didnt turn on it.

So I sent an email to Vodafone asking about that and I never had an answer. I tried to talk in chat and nothing happened.

Can you help me, please.
