CallYa SIM card - not receiving any SMS and MeinVodafone not working

Hello,

I've bought CallYa prepaid SIM card and activated it. When I tried to verificate my phone number in my account, I don't ever receive any SMS. I also have problem with MeinVodafone app as I am not able to login in there (with my username (email) and password) even though I am able to login into my Vodafone account on the website perfectly fine. What should I do?

Hi @MatAd8,

When you use MeinVodafone App the first time then you should use is with mobile data (not WiFi). The app will recognize you with your mobile phone number and log in automatically.
