Hi, I have just purchased an prepaid callya sim card. I would like to add this to a vodafone account but I was not given a customer password. How do I set this up?

Alright. Then go back to the store and ask the staff who sold you the card to the customer password.

He had to set a customer password during the identification process. 😉

Otherwise you can set a new one with InfoDok 265

Fill out and send it via contact form to VF.

When ask for a customer password there then enter a fictive password and the form will be send.

The change take attend 2-3 days. Your will get a text message when it's ready.
