PUK / Super PIN zu lang

Hallo,

Ich versuche, meine PIN zurückzusetzen (ich muss meinen PUK-Code eingeben, da die PIN dreimal vergessen wurde).

Allerdings zeigt der PUK/Super-PIN auf meinem Vodafone 15 Zeichen und nicht 8 Ziffern an. Ich kann diesen PUK daher nicht in mein Telefon eingeben, um meine SIM-Karte zu entsperren.

Könnte mir bitte jemand mit dem richtigen PUK-Code 1 oder 2 helfen? Die Super-PIN meines Kontos ist meiner Meinung nach falsch, da sie wie erwartet alphanumerisch ist.

Ich habe letzte Woche versucht, den Kundendienst anzurufen, konnte aber niemanden erreichen.

I'm trying to reset my PIN (I need to put my PUK code as the PIN was forgotten 3 times).

However, the PUK / Super PIN on my vodafone is showing 15 characters, not 8 digits. I therefore cannot put this PUK into my phone to unlock my SIM Card.

Please could somebody help me with the correct PUK Code 1 or 2 - the Super PIN I think on my account is incorrect as it is alpha-numerical as supposed to numbers.

I tried to call customer service last week but unable to reach anyone.

Please can somebody kindly assist as I use the SIM quite frequently 🙂

Hi @dga24,

die PUK bei VF besteht oder bestand schon immer nur aus reinen Ziffern.

Die PUK kannst du dir über die MeinVodafone Webseite in deinem Konto unter SIM-Karte anzeigen lassen.

It is not the case for me - check my screenshot here - I'm fully aware of the link --- This is why I posted here... it's showing me 15 characters and alphqa-numerical...

Please, please can somebody help me on this?
