Porting my number from LidlConnect to Vodafone

Hi, I ordered a sim card for Callya prepaid offers. During my order, I selected to port my number to vodafone and video chat as the identification method. I have a callya number at vodafone already but the system said that I am not vodafone customer.

I tried to finish the identification, but it turns out that I could not use video call for identification, the agent said that he could not find my country in the list. Can I skip the identification, as I have been a Vodafone user since August last year. Or is it possible to change the identification method? Because I'd like to confirm my identify at the post office instead.
And I haven't received the new sim card.
