CallYa Allnet Flat S - Constant deduction of balance for no reason.

Hello,

I'm currently on International Roaming, I've switched off Data & Data Roaming completely.

I've been noticing that everytime I top-up my balance, everyday 1-2 euro gets deducted for absolutely no reason, I am not sure why.

And on one instance, I topped up 50 euro on my partner's account, and all of 50 euro is emptied, and her account balance is 0 right now, I can't seem to figure out for what reason is the money being deducted? How do I find out why is it being deducted?

And yes I have disabled data roaming and 4G completely.

Can someone help me please figure why is this happening?

Both mine and my partners plan is CallYa Allnet Flat S.
