    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Hello,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I'm facing the same problem as many users before me: I purchased a CallYa eSIM from Vodafone.de. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I received the eSIM with all details but no customer password which I need for the MeinVodafone online in desktop and mobile (I have other products also registered on my email so OTP login isn't the best option)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Please help me. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Thanks!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
