I got my esim today for CallYa Start plan. I am ale to receive calls on my new number but unable to make any calls. Internet is also not working. Please suggest what step has to be taken to get it done.

That sounds strange. You should get in contact with an staff member by Vodafone. Use one of these contact channels. I recommend to use Facebook or Twitter. There you be also able to write in English too.
