Re-activate CallYa sim card

Hallo,

I got an SMS in July saying my SIM card would be blocked for inactivity.

But now I need to re-activate this sin card and use this number again.

How can I do this, or can a service agent please do this for me?

Hi @tomeganofficial,

I may be wrong, but I remember that you have 4 weeks to react after this SMS notification, about the deactivation of the SIM card, in order to prevent deactivation.

If you miss this deadline, the card is blocked and can no longer be used.

You have then 3 months from this blocking to reactivate the card.

After 3 months, the number will be released for new customers.

So I suspect that your number may have already been reassigned.
